    Homemade Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Seasoning

    Homemade Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
Estimated time to read 2 minutes

Pumpkin spice season has officially arrived and we are HERE FOR IT. We’ve been busy in the kitchen making pumpkin spice lattes for both adults and littles and celebrating the flavors and ingredients of fall (our fave!). This seasoning is a must-have for our Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream, Toddler-Friendly Pumpkin Spice "Latte", and Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte. Whether you're cozying up on the couch or in the carpool lane, the taste of fall will be right there with you.

Pumpkin spice seasoning is one of our autumn baking must-haves, but move over McCormick, because homemade is where it’s at! We love making our own because you can be sure there are no sketchy fillers and you can adjust the seasoning to your palate -- whether you like your pumpkin spice seasoning to be heavier on the cinnamon or heavier on the nutmeg, you can adjust this recipe to your liking. So, save yourself a trip to the store by using these spices you most likely already have in your pantry to make your own gluten-free pumpkin spice seasoning at home (and just how you like it!)

    Homemade Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Seasoning

    INGREDIENTS
    • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
    • 1 ½  teaspoons ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • ¼  teaspoon ground cloves
    • Optional: ¼ teaspoon allspice

Remember, you can adjust these measurements to your own flavor preferences.

    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk together until evenly mixed.
    2. Store in an airtight jar or spice container.
    3. Use in your favorite fall baking recipes & enjoy!
