This isn’t the normal review I’d write. The past couple months I’ve had a subscription for serenity kids. I’ve loved it and so has my baby. We have peace of mind because we are feeding our baby healthy nourishing food and she loves the flavor. However, we recently cancelled this subscription because she prefers regular food now. Or so I thought I did. I recently recieved a notification that my subscription had shipped. Upset at first because I thought I had cancelled it I went to the website to check. I had not cancelled. So I reached out to the customer service to see if I could return it for a refund. Instead they did something better ! They gave me a full refund and told me to donate the pouches to a friend or family in need ! Which I happily did. Thank you serenity kids for your amazing customer service and for understanding that us moms sometimes forget things because of our busy lives! And we can’t wait to use this company again when we have other children.
