Shipping Timeline
Due to the influx of orders during this busy holiday season, you may notice a longer shipping time than normal. Please be patient as we are working hard to get all orders out to our amazing customers!
All orders typically process to ship within 24-48 hours. Our average shipping time is 4-6 business days. All orders within the US over $35.00 will receive free shipping. Orders under $35.00 will receive a flat shipping of $8.00. We ship orders via UPS and USPS.
Online Orders
Online orders for shipment within the United States may be placed through our Serenity Kids Website. We are able to ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and to Military APO/FPO via USPS but please allow 10-12 business days. We are unable to ship internationally.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Our support team will try to honor order change requests, but once an order has been placed, no cancellations or modifications are guaranteed.
Return Policy
For returns and purchases of our products made at any other retailer, please consult the return and exchange policy at that retailer.
Serenity Guarantee - If for any reason you or your baby aren’t 100% satisfied with the food, please reach out to us at contact@myserenitykids.com. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please note, that our Serenity Guarantee does not cover any issues regarding shipping delays, customer ordering errors or items purchased from retail.
Due to the nature of the littles we feed, you can rest assured all the products you receive are new, unused, and unopened. We do not sell anything that has been returned.
If there is an issue with your order or damaged items please reach out to customer support. To assist you swiftly please include:
- Order Number
- A description & photos of the damaged item
- Please hold on to the product in case we need further information
