All orders typically process to ship within 24-48 hours. Our average shipping time is 4-6 business days. All orders within the US will receive free shipping. We ship orders via UPS and USPS.
Online orders for shipment within the United States may be placed through our Serenity Kids Website. We are able to ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and to Military APO/FPO via USPS but please allow 10-12 business days. We are unable to ship internationally.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Our support team will try to honor order change requests, but once an order has been placed, no cancellations or modifications are guaranteed.
Serenity Guarantee- if for any reason you or your baby aren’t 100% satisfied with the food, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please note, our Serenity Guarantee does not cover any issues regarding shipping delay or customer ordering error.
In the unlikely event that product is delivered with a quality concern or past the expiration date, please contact us. We will happily send you a replacement order.
Serenity Kids will accept return requests of unopened and unused products within 30 days. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. The refund will not include shipping costs related to the original purchase and Serenity Kids is not responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the order.
