My 23 month old has lots of allergies and is extremely picky. He doesn’t like to eat meat so this pouch is the main source of protein for him besides dino nuggets and fish sticks. Those are the only proteins he’s willing to eat. I also give him these meat pouches for snack. If it’s a meal he gets 2 pouches along with the rest of his dinner (veggies, fruit and a grain), and if it’s for a snack, he only gets one. He loves the beef pot roast flavor. It’s his favorite! My only complaint is the inconsistency in texture. Sometimes it’s too watery and other times it’s the perfect thickness. My toddler also has EoE and when his esophagus is having a flare up, he barely wants to eat anything but this pouch and other purées I might make him if he’s having a rough day. This pouch is easy for him to swallow so this is always our go to for protein.
