FAQs

Can my Serenity Kids pouches be microwaved?

No. Our pouches are designed to be enjoyed at room temperature, but if your babe prefers them warm or you’ve stored an open pouch in the refrigerator, we suggest that you place the pouch in hot water or a bottle warmer. Do not microwave.

Can I feed the Purees with Bone Broth to my 6 to 12 month old?

Our purees with Bone Broth contain real whole food ingredients with nutrients that are suitable for babies seven months and up! We indicate that they are for 7mo+ because they include a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for a more developed palate with a home-cooked meal taste.

How soon can babies eat meat?

A little-known truth is that fatty meats are actually a great first food for your little one. A baby's stomach already contains all the enzymes necessary to digest meat and breastmilk is animal fat and protein. Therefore, other animal fats and proteins are ideal first solid foods because of their nutrient density! You can read more about that on our blog here!

    My son loves this pouch

My son loves this pouch more than any other pouch made by any other company. And I love it too because I know it’s good for him and made with quality ingredients. It looks like he’s sharing with me in these photos but trust me, he is not :)

    Baby’s favorite!

This was baby girl’s favorite flavor yet! She just turned 7mo and I introduced this one the next day. I think the video speaks for itself, lol!

    Allergen Contamination

This is our daughter’s favorite flavor. Unfortunately today, 6/10/26, we gave her a pouch and it seemed a little runny but it smelled fine. She immediately broke out in hives. She’s been tested for everything and is only allergic to dairy, which causes her to break out in hives. This one expires 10/30/27. I’m now concerned about their processing, if dairy can contaminate a batch, what stops other allergens from contaminating a well trusted brand.

We are just thankful she only gets hives and not anaphylaxis.

Hopefully Serenity can clean this up because we love their brand and flavors.

    Rash

This one has given our son a bad rash, and I’m not sure if I can return it or exchange it?
