Upcycled Winter Crafts for Snow Days

The weather outside may be frightful, but these crafts are kiddo-approved and delightful! Whether you're looking to get in the holiday spirit and make some grandparent gifts, find something to do indoors on a rainy day, or cozy up by the fire with some snow day entertainment, these crafts upcycling some of our pouch and puffs packaging are a hit! 

Sensory Snowman

What you'll need

  • A Serenity Kids puffs canister you (any flavor you have on hand will do!) Pom poms and/or beads (we used beads since we had extra in our craft drawer!)
  • Glue (we used a hot glue gun) 
  • Any other craft materials you wish to make the snowman's accessories like pipe cleaners, felt, dried beans or peas, or any contents you have on hand to turn your snowman into a sensory toy or musical instrument (or leave empty and use as an ornament)!
    * Optional (and cute step!): a black sharpie to add your kiddos name and the year on the back somewhere to jog the memory in upcoming years

What you'll need

  • 3 pouch caps (per snowman you want to make) 
  • 3 Serenity Kids Pouch caps (per snowman you want to make) Small pom poms and/or beads (we used tiny beads!)
  • Glue (we used a hot glue gun) Any additional craft accessories you want to make your snowman unique
    * Optional: a black sharpie to add your little one's name and the year
