Serenity Kids takes great pride in managing a variety of active social media channels and strives to foster engaging, educational, celebratory, supportive, forward-thinking communities. We value hearing one another while encouraging connection through comments, questions, suggestions, information, and conversation–while showing humanity toward one another.
We aim to create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where we can express our thoughts, share educational information, and talk candidly about many topics, including but not limited to parenting, nutrition, diversity/equity/inclusion, celebrations, trending news and happenings, and more. We strive to be transparent about sharing information and providing our perspective on diverse topics, where we want everyone to feel like they are able to learn and connect with others while feeling respected and safe.
We are committed to actively listening to feedback and continuing to learn along the way. Our Community Guidelines exist so we can protect members of our community and govern how we externally communicate and showcase what we tolerate and what we do not.
At times, we know we will have to agree to disagree, but we want all of our social media channels to be an environment where fun is encouraged, conversations are supportive and inspiring, and ask that all users show respect and grace when interacting with one another and with the Serenity Kids brand and employees.
We reserve the right to edit or delete comments from any of our social media channels, blog, or other digital platforms for any reason we deem appropriate.
The content of comments posted on any of our channels (including opinions, information, and statements) do not necessarily reflect the views of Serenity Kids, and are the responsibility of the individual(s) posting them. Be Kind.
Be respectful and considerate of others' viewpoints, especially when they are different from your own. Everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts in our community, as long as they are respectful toward others. Choose to be kind, supportive, and encouraging. We do not have to agree on everything (and won’t–and that’s okay; we value diverse views, opinions, and perspectives). However, we aim to create a space where people can come to feel uplifted and inspired, encouraging anyone choosing to engage with content or sharing their opinions and viewpoints to be tactful, constructive, and respectful. We expect all members of our community–and anyone choosing to engage in Serenity Kids’ content–to treat each other with care, dignity, and respect so we can keep our community safe and welcoming.
No Hate Speech
Bullying, hate speech, and shaming of any kind will not be tolerated in our community. Any degrading comments about race, religion, culture, ability, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will be reported and blocked.
Take responsibility for your words and your actions
Thoughtful language and behavior is expected. Be mindful of the way words may come across and how tone may be interpreted, especially through a written comment. Respect others boundaries and personal differences.

What if these Community Guidelines aren’t for me?
We totally get it; so these guidelines may not be everyone’s cup of tea. That being said, behavior that violates any of our Community Guidelines is not welcome when you’re choosing to interact with the Serenity Kids brand, content, and community-including any employees, featured guests, or others. Anyone who chooses to not follow the Serenity Kids Community Guidelines may be blocked from the Serenity Kids social/digital platforms.
