    Wild-Caught Salmon Patties

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Serenity Kids 100% Wild-Caught Salmon pouch
    • 1 large egg (pasture-raised if possible)
    • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
    • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
    • 1 tablespoon ghee or grass-fed butter (we love Fourth and Heart & Vital Farms)

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Heat a burner to medium-high
    2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
    3. Add ghee or butter to your pan and let melt
    4. Scoop batter onto the pan in little circles (like making pancakes)
    5. Let cook for about 1-2 minutes (checking often to make sure it doesn't burn. You can adjust the heat accordingly). 
    6. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until cooked all the way through. 
    7. Serve & enjoy!
