Perfect Poolside Pairings: Toddler-Friendly Summer Recipes

All these recipes (and our products!) contain farm-to-high-chair ingredients for on-the-go snacking—or staycations—or both. AND we've designed each smoothie recipe to also double as a popsicle recipe! Check them out below...

Dreamsicle Smoothie 

This recipe is a summer dreamsicle come true... 😜 🌊 ⛱

What you'll need...

🍊 1 tsp orange extract (or juice of an orange)
🍋 squeeze of lemon juice
🧡 1/2 pouch Serenity Kids Organic Squashes puree
🤍 1 scoop of grass-fed collagen peptides
🤎 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (nonalcoholic)
🥥 1/2 tablespoon of MCT oil
🥛 one 8-ounce serving of our Grass-Fed A2 Whole Milk Formula
✨ Optional sweetener: stevia, maple syrup, OR raw honey (1 year+)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender
  2. Optional: add ice! 🧊
  3. Serve immediately. Cheers!

Dreamsicle Popsicle  

Yes, you can adapt the recipe above to be a smoothie OR a popsicle--with the exact same ingredients, just a different style prep! 

What you'll need...

🍊 1 tsp orange extract (or juice of an orange)
🍋 squeeze of lemon juice

Summer Burger Recipe

What you'll need...

🐟 1 Serenity Kids 100% Wild Caught Salmon pouch
🥚 1 large egg (pasture-raised if possible)
👩‍🍳 3 tbsp. ground flaxseed or almond powder
🌱 1/4 cup chopped spinach
🫑 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
🌿 A pinch of dill and/or parsley
🧅 A pinch of onion powder
🧄 A pinch of garlic powder*

For Cooking

🧈 1 tbsp. ghee or grass-fed butter (we love Fourth and Heart & Vital Farms)

For Serving

🍋 Dijon mustard & lemon slice

Directions 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except the 'for cooking' & 'for serving' ingredients!)
  2. Heat a burner to medium-high
  3. Add ghee or grass-fed butter to your pan & let melt
  4. Scoop batter onto the pan in little circles (like making pancakes)
  5. Let cook for about 1-2 minutes (checking often to make sure it doesn't burn & adjust heat accordingly)
  6. Flip & cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until cooked all the way through
  7. Serve & enjoy! 

"Eat your Greens" Smoothie 

National Smoothie Day 🥤 is June 21st (hello, summer!) and we'll be blending up our newest obsession— this "Eat Your Greens" Smoothie!

What you'll need...

🍃 3/4 cup organic spinach, frozen
💛 1/2 pouch, Serenity Kids Butternut Squash & Spinach baby food puree
🥑 1/2 organic avocado
🥒 4 slices of organic cucumber
🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🌿 3 mint leaves
🐄 1 scoop of @vitalproteins grass-fed collagen peptides
🥛 One 8-ounce serving of our Grass-Fed A2 Whole Milk Toddler Formula
✨ optional: 1/4 teaspoon @drinklmnt citrus salt
✨ optional: 🥥 MCT oil

Directions

  1. Combine and blend all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Cheers! 🥤 💚 🥤

🌿 5 mint leaves
💦 1/2 packet LMNT watermelon salt
🤍 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
💚 Freshly squeezed juice from one lime
✨ optional sweetener: stevia, maple syrup, OR raw honey (1 year+)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour blended contents into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for a few hours or overnight.
  4. Serve & chill out!
