The secret ingredient? Our Organic Sweet Potato & Spinach pouch! These waffles are quick and easy to whip up for your little one. Plus, they’re super versatile. Any of our savory pouches (veggies, meats, even smoothies!) can be substituted into this recipe.

Here’s what you’ll need…

3/4 cup Birch Benders Paleo Waffle (& Pancake) Mix

1/2 cup water
Here’s how you’ll do it…

In a bowl, mix together the waffle mix, water, and a Sweet Potato & Spinach pouch until everything is well combined.

Grease your waffle iron with a little ghee (or your favorite cooking fat.)

Cook according to your waffle maker’s settings (usually around 3–4 minutes for crispy perfection!)
