2 to 3 tablespoons onion, diced

How to Make It
Step 1: Heat the pan
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Crisp the veggies
Add shredded potato and diced onion. Pan-fry until tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in the pork
Add the Serenity Kids Pork puree and stir to warm through.
Step 4: Add the eggs
Crack eggs over the hash. Cover the pan and cook until eggs reach your preferred doneness.
Step 5: Cool and serve
