My son is a g-tube baby with a strong texture aversion, so he can only tolerate puréed food. This makes his nutrition very dependent on your products. This was our first time ordering directly from your website, and the ordering process itself went smoothly.
The challenge came with the delivery. The package we received had two different labels on the box, and unfortunately, it contained the wrong product. This made me concerned that there may not be a quality check before shipping.
When I contacted customer service, they were polite and knowledgeable, which I appreciated. However, they weren’t very accommodating to the urgency of the situation. I explained that my son had run out of food and relies heavily on this product, but my request to expedite the corrected order was brushed off. As a result, it took nearly two weeks to receive the right shipment.
I did eventually receive the correct order, but the experience left me worried enough that I’ve started looking into alternatives. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the process for families like ours who truly depend on your product.

The chicken, turkey, and even beef were no brainers but I was hesitant about the bison and salmon. However, my daughter absolutely loves all of them! I haven’t seen her so motivated to eat as when I take one of the Serenity pouches out!
