The Ingredients

  • 1 Pork pouch

  • 2 pasture-raised eggs (scrambled)

  • 3 small soft tortillas (street taco size)

  • Shredded grass-fed Monterey Jack cheese

  • Avocado (sliced or mashed)

The How To

  • Scramble eggs over low heat until soft and fluffy.

  • Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.

  • Assemble tacos by adding scrambled eggs to each tortilla.

  • Top with Pork puree, then layer on avocado and shredded cheese.

  • Serve warm and enjoy.
