We rounded up some of the most popular, parent-tested recipes featuring our nutrient-dense pouches—from pasta to popsicles and more. These recipes are tried, true, and best of all, baby-approved!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/2 Turmeric Chicken with Bone Broth pouch as the sauce

  • Pasta noodles of choice (we love Cappello’s!)

  • A handful of diced meat (like chicken breast) and/or veggies (like broccoli)

Toss ingredients together and serve! This meal checks a lot of boxes—nutrient-dense, easy to make, and most importantly, QUICK.

Waffles

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Free Range Chicken pouch⁠ (or substitute ANY Organic Veggie pouch!)

  • 3/4 cup pancake mix⁠ (we love Birch Benders Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix)

  • 3-4 Tbsp water (or until batter is desired consistency—not too runny and not too thick)⁠

Here’s the how-to:

  • Mix all ingredients⁠ together in a bowl

  • Grease your waffle maker (we used coconut oil)⁠

  • Cook mix in your waffle maker until golden brown⁠

  • Let cool before serving⁠, add desired toppings, and enjoy!

Pancakes

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Berry Butternut Smoothie pouch (or ANY pouch!)

  • 3/4 cup pancake mix⁠ (we love Birch Benders Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix)

  • 3-4 Tbsp water (or until batter is desired consistency—not too runny and not too thick)⁠

Here’s the how-to:

  • Mix all ingredients⁠ together in a bowl

  • Grease your pan on medium to high heat (we used coconut oil)⁠

  • Pour your pancake mix into the desired size

  • Let cool and serve as is, or drizzle some organic maple syrup on top

Rice

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Wild Caught Salmon Teriyaki pouch

  • Rice of choice

  • Diced organic avocado

And, if your little one’s palate is ready for more flavors & textures:

  • Diced organic cucumber

  • Shredded organic roasted seaweed sheets

  • Pinch of sesame seeds

Simply assemble or mix all of your chosen ingredients in a toddler-friendly bowl and serve.

Popsicles

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Organic Veggie pouch (or ANY Dairy-Free Smoothie pouch!)

  • Plus your little one’s usual fave smoothie ingredients

  • Optional: add an 8-ounce serving of our Grass-Fed A2 Whole Milk Toddler Formula for even MORE nutrients!

Simply blend all of your chosen ingredients,  then add the smoothie-like mixture to popsicle molds, and freeze for at least a few hours. Serve once frozen through or save in the freezer for later!

Patties

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Grass Fed Beef + Ginger pouch

  • 1 large egg (pasture-raised if possible)

  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts (or ground flaxseed)

  • 1/3 cup chopped spinach

  • 1 tbsp ghee or grass-fed butter (we love 4th & Heart or Vital Farms)

Here’s the how-to:

  • Heat a burner to medium-high

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  • Add ghee or butter to your pan, let it melt

  • Scoop batter onto the pan in little circles (like making pancakes)

  • Let cook for about 1-2 minutes (checking often to make sure it doesn't burn, adjust heat accordingly)

  • Flip & cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until cooked all the way through

  • Serve and enjoy!

Quesadilla

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Free Range Chicken pouch or 1 Chicken Mexican Stew pouch

  • 1 avocado⁠

  • Grain-Free tortillas (we love Siete!)⁠

  • Shredded grass-fed cheese⁠

Here’s the how-to:

  • Mix the puree and avocado⁠ in a bowl

  • Spread the mix onto a tortilla, sprinkle with cheese⁠, and top with another tortilla

  • Heat on the stove top until the cheese is melted, flip and cook the other side until golden brown

  • Let cool before serving, slice according to your little one’s BLW journey, and your baby is ready to dig in!

Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Organic Veggie pouch (or ANY Dairy-Free Smoothie pouch!)

  • Plus your little one’s usual fave smoothie ingredients

  • Optional: add an 8-ounce serving of our Grass-Fed A2 Whole Milk Toddler Formula for even MORE nutrients!

Simply blend all of your chosen ingredients, then serve in a toddler-safe cup or bowl.

Pizza or Flatbread

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Turkey Bolognese with Bone Broth pouch and/or 1 Organic Carrot, Spinach & Basil pouch

  • Dough or crust as your base (we love Cappello’s Naked Pizza Crust!)

  • Optional: grass-fed cheddar cheese (or other non-dairy hard cheese of choice)

  • Veggie toppings of choice (ideas: red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, sweet potato/yam, yellow bell pepper, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, green bell pepper, purple onion, purple sweet potato)

  • Meat toppings of choice (ideas: Canadian bacon, pepperoni, ground meat—we love Force of Nature meats!)

Follow the cooking instructions of the dough or crust of your choice. Let cool, then slice according to your little one’s BLW journey for serving, and enjoy.
