“We started this company to help our daughter, Della, grow up strong and healthy - and now we are on a mission to provide the best and most nutritious baby and toddler food for every child. We are determined to learn from our own food-related childhood illnesses, and cutting edge nutrition research to help make the world healthier, one baby at a time,” said Serenity Carr, co-founder and CEO of Serenity Kids. “This new line of Toddler Purees allows us to reach a new age bracket of toddlers and shake up the baby food industry with gourmet flavors and nutrient-dense bone broth. We love creating innovative products with a purpose that can help provide the necessary supplements and nutrients kid’s need for proper development - and these Toddler Purees with Bone Broth hit the nail on the head.”
This new line is in keeping with the brand’s motto - every bite counts. Serenity Kids’ new savory Toddler Purees with Bone Broth are a great source of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals, that help growing little ones learn to enjoy complex flavors and sets them up for healthier eating. These Toddler Purees are ideal for kids ages one to three. Bone broth is rich in easily digestible protein and amino acids. It can help broaden the toddler’s palate, strengthen growing bones and teeth, help build connective tissue and joints, reduce the risk of food sensitivity, and support immunity and digestion. In addition, toddlers love the taste of the gourmet flavor varieties which helps them learn to enjoy complex flavors and sets them up for healthier eating without an early addiction to sugar. With no added sugars or preservatives, Serenity Kids’ allergen-free, easy grab and go, BPA-free, and shelf-stable squeezable Toddler Purees with Bone Broth are the most nutritious food options for little ones.
Serenity Kids just launched into 100 select H-E-B stores in Texas with seven of the line’s varieties. The brand’s retail revenue is growing at a rate of 20% month over month in the natural channel. Serenity Kids’ revenue was $3 million last year and is projected to do $8-10 million this year. The line quickly increased their retailer presence from three stores to 2,000 in 2019. Currently, the brand is in 3,200 stores including Giant, Wegmans, Erewhon, Lassens, and more - projecting to be in 4,000 stores by the end of this year.
The brand offers 10 baby food varieties in their two current lines - Ethically Sourced Meats and Organic Savory Veggies.
