Grain Free Baby Puffs

Grain Free Puffs - a new snacking addition to the Serenity Kids line up! Our Baby Puffs are savory, not sweet - made with ZERO grams of sugar! Our Puffs Variety Pack contains whole-food ingredients like organic cassava root flour, unlike most other puffs which contain mainly fillers like grains, rice, or wheat - which are known to be hard for developing bodies to digest and also known to be elevated in heavy metals. Tasty, nutritious, and none of the junk - because every bite counts.

Sourcing

Sourcing is a big deal here! That’s why we hand-pick farms that supply our high-quality ingredients. We believe high-quality proteins and veggies start at the source, on farms and ranches that care deeply for their animals, the earth, and our shared future. FAQs

What age does my baby need to be to start eating Grain Free Puffs?

Babies and toddlers can start eating puffs when they can sit independently, use pincer grasp to self feed, crawl with their stomach off the ground, use their jaws to mash food between gums, typically around 7 months and up.

How are the Grain Free Puffs made?

Our Grain Free Puffs are made through a food processing method called extrusion. It’s when soft mixed ingredients are forced through a small opening with high air pressure and high temperature to produce a desired shape, in our case - stars! Our puffs then go through a short drying step to remove excess moisture in order to get them to the desired texture. Then, we spray them with organic olive oil for healthy fats and dust them with the organic dehydrated vegetable seasoning blend. They are sent off to a secondary drying step before being packaged and sealed for freshness.

Is there a possibility of allergen or cross contact?

Our Carrot Beet, Pumpkin Cinnamon, Broccoli Spinach, and Tomato Herb Grain Free Puffs are allergen-free. While milk, egg, soy, fish, wheat, gluten, and tree-nuts (almond and coconut) are used on the same system at different times, the line is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and dried before our production run. Our White Cheddar Grain Free Puffs do contain milk and are run on the same systems as our other puffs. We abide by the highest food safety protocols and regulatory requirements which include running allergens at entirely separate times, with the line thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and dried before and after the run. As well as ensuring all ingredients are stored in separate and sealed bins, and only opened in a sterile environment away from other ingredients.
